We look forward to welcoming you back to the salon after so long.

It is our duty as your hair care providers to ensure the safety of both you and our staff whilst delivering our outstanding hair treatments.

We have from the start of opening of our new venture, implemented all the Government required safety standards, to ensure our working environment is as safe as it possibly can be.

 

Our Promise is your well-being.

• We have reduced the number of clients within the salon at any one time.

• Ensured all staff are fully certified in the COVID-19-specific practice for infection control, sanitising of their workstations and tools. This is a natural part of the day to day running of any hair salon and is ingrained in all stylists from the day they are trained.

• Increased the hours we are open for appointments, ensuring you will have a good choice of appointment times to suit you.

• Implemented the mandatory wearing of face coverings within the salon.

• Provide disposable masks if you would prefer to keep yours free of product /colour etc. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are exempt from wearing a mask for any reason.

• Created a virtual consultation service prior to any lengthy appointments to reduce the amount of time spent in the salon - please ask for details when booking.

 

• Increased the cleaning of the entire salon throughout the day including chairs, and hard surfaces. Unfortunately, we have had to remove all magazines.

• We have not added the increased cost of all of these additional PPE measures to the cost of your hair treatment.

 

Please remember to call us to reschedule your appointment if you or any of the family members you live with are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, within 14 days of your appointment.
